Washington will be the first U.S. city to get free digital television broadcasts for mobile devices, broadcasters are set to announce Monday. Broadcasts using new “mobile DTV” technology are expected to begin in late summer, according to the so-called Open Mobile Video Coalition. I hope miami is next on the list, i never start things in miami, it’s always the other cities.
