Just in time for the upfront selling season, Bravo has announced that it is developing its first scripted series, “Blueprint” and “30 Under 30,” both of which revolve around up-and-coming Manhattanites. Turner’s TBS has ordered 10 episodes of “Neighbors From Hell,” the network’s first attempt at bringing an animated show to its prime-time lineup.
