Sony’s third iteration of its Reader e-book device has a built-in light and a touch-sensitive interface, features designed to set it apart from its rival, Amazon.com’s Kindle. The PRS-700, which Sony will put on sale for $400 at the end of the month, contains a stylus for talking notes or highlighting text, but still lacks wireless access to download content.
