Saying the game was not up to its “high-quality standards,” Electronic Arts has halted development of its high-profile “Tiberium” video game, which the company had been working on for more than a year. Nintendo and Marriott have signed a deal for the hotel chain to place the Wii consoles, along with 20 games, in its New York Times Square location and five other cities, the companies said Tuesday.
