Negotiations surrounding Electronic Arts‘ possibly acquiring Take-Two Interactive have gone behind closed doors. Citing a confidentiality agreement, the two video game manufacturers said in an SEC filing that they would hold their tongues publicly while a possible deal was being hammered out privately.
