Take-Two Interactive Software will have to go to court regarding its noncompliance with a subpoena and regulatory investigation regarding a takeover bid by Electronic Arts. Take-Two said it would not support an FTC petition if a settlement could not be reached before the hearing. (The New York Times/Reuters 6/12)
