Im not a fan of Xfactor..i think its a bit disturbing but..I recently lost a lot of weight…72 pounds actually. I found that the way to make weight loss permanent for me was to set a goal. I saw a commercial on NBC for this new show called America’s Got Talent, it starts on June 17th at 9/8 c. I used to be a dancer a while back and i realized that i could be one of those people. So..i put my mind to it and hopefully maybe one day I can be on that show! Wish me luck!
check it out!
