T-Mobile has teamed up with Current TV to invite viewers to produce ads for the mobile firm’s Sidekick LX cell phone. Current TV, under its “Viewer-Created Ad Messages” program, has been shifting 50% of its ad inventory to user-generated messages, in response to research showing Current TV’s viewers, by a 9-1 ratio, prefer user-generated ads, according to this article.
