News Corp.’s MySpace is launching a Celebrity Channel, giving users one-stop access to the personal pages and blogs of some 300 actors, musicians and athletes. News Corp. chief Rupert Murdoch reportedly has sent a letter to the board of Monster.com offering $4.8 billion for the online job-search company.
