VH1 has come out with its third short-form series for mobile devices — “The Misadventures of Bob Paparazzo,” a humorous take on celebrity photographers. The Viacom-owned network also offers “Dingo Ate My Video” and “Mobile Junk 20″ for mobile applications. (Mediaweek 11/27)

Movie rental chain Blockbuster is in talks with all the major mobile phone makers about partnerships aimed at making it easier for consumers to watch movies on the go, says CEO James Keyes. “It is a rare treat for me to sit at home with my family and watch a DVD,” he admits.
